ABOUT US

North Texas Lush Lawn Sprinklers, Inc. was formed in 1981 by two brothers, Lance and Lee Folse and is fully licensed and insured. Founded on the concept of honest business practices and reliable service. The company is dedicated solely to the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems both residential and commercial within Denton County and surrounding cities. After over 20 years, the Folse brothers still maintain a "hands-on" attitude to their business. Personal one-on-one service is guaranteed.



Professional Products Require Professional Installation

The performance of an automatic sprinkler system is only as good as the professionals who install the system. Both Lee (state license #1031) and Lance (state license #4654) are licensed irrigators in the State of Texas and feel strongly about giving back to the sprinkler industry. Lee is currently serving as Trustee of the Texas Turf Irrigation Association (TTIA) Board. Lance previously served three years as Secretary/Treasurer on the TTIA Board. In 1999 the National Irrigation Association named North Texas Lush Lawn as on of its "Top 100" contractors nationwide.



Services

• Design and Installation of a complete or partial sprinkler system of your property. Systems are installed by an experienced crew in a timely manner and provide minimum disruption to your property.
• Design rural systems that can be hooked up to existing water wells, pump from water storage facilities or pump from ponds or lakes.
• Service and repair existing systems. Trained technicians will provide prompt and efficient repairs, as well as, Spring tune-ups and Winter shutdowns.
• Rehabilitation of existing systems of either electrical or hydraulic.

Offering a full line of sprinkler system components, including the Hunter flagship rotor, the PGP, spray heads, which are 4, 6 & 12 inch Hunter Pro-Sprays and Hunter valves and controllers with optional rain sensors to fit every size job, large or small, providing for a top of the line fully automatic sprinkler system.



Seasonal

In the fall, we can winterize your sprinkler system to prevent damage during winter freezes. In the spring, we can restart & inspect your system for leaks, damage or other conditions requiring repair.
